2023 FALL FUNDRAISER
The Zonta Club of Lockport is pleased to announce and
prepare for our annual Fall Fundraiser commemorating its
103rd ANNIVERSARY on November 5th.
Our club was chartered on November 5, 1920 and was the
eleventh club to be chartered in Zonta International.
Today, Zonta International is a worldwide organization
comprised of 1,200 clubs in 63 countries.
We ask your support by sponsoring your organization
in this year’s “virtual” multi-media event entitled
“103 Years of Service and Going Strong”,
which will be utilizing our website and our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/zontacluboflockport.
In keeping with our long-held tradition, your support will
benefit women in our community. Through various projects,
Zonta Club of Lockport has made significant contributions
to Habitat for Humanity, the Lockport Public Library,
YWCA Domestic Violence Program, Eastern Niagara Hospital
rape victim unit, Mental Health Association, Salvation Army,
Youth Mentoring Services, St. Vincent DePaul’s
and many, many others.
We are so proud of the work we are able to accomplish with your help.
The proceeds from our annual Fall Fundraiser are used to
provide college scholarships to young women from area
high schools, donations to local charities and community
service organizations, as well as continued support
of Zonta International Service projects.
